CANCELLATION: You can cancel for free until 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation unless otherwise stated. Please note reservations made with American Credit cards WILL NOT receive a refund for credit card processing fees (typically 3.3% of the total charge).

RUKES:
Smoking is not permitted.
Parties/events are not permitted.
Pets are not permitted.

CAPACITY: When booking, you must provide the correct number of guests. Additional guests will incur additional charges, up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

CHECK IN: Please inform us in advance of your desired check-in time. There is no reception desk; a member of our team will ask to hand over the keys. All guests must present an ID or passport upon arrival.

PARKING: Drivers must respect the signs to park within their space. Failure to return the garage remote will result in a €50 penalty fee. Electric car charging is not permitted, which will result in a €50 penalty fee. Please note that the garage door is approximately 2.10 meters high.
